The difficulty in reporting searches is they are often open investigations. Whether the subject is found or not, until we are notified by the investigating authority that the case is closed, we can not provide any information to the public.
While we would like to share what it is like to be on a real search, we have a responsibility to remain silent so the authorities can successfully do their work and the families of the subject and justice can be served.
