Career Success Services offers much more
than a typical employment agency. What sets us apart is that we not only look at the
candidate's required skills and experience, but also for the crucial emotional
intelligence and personality fit to the culture of your company.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
As a result of our years of training and experience in emotional intelligence
and personality theory, we can look for skills in candidates that may not be
easily observable - the softer skills. We look at how well the candidate
communicates, relates to others, and fits the culture of your organization.
PEOPLE SKILLS
We at Career Success Services have over
20 years experience - on both sides: working with individuals AND with businesses on
people-related issues. Our backgrounds have made us experts in listening, writing,
interviewing, and recommending potential star employees.
PERSONALIZATION
We look closely at the needs of your organization and the position to
be filled. We perform an informational interview with you and then tailor a search that
gives you only the best candidates to interview.
We get the job done quickly and effectively, saving you
time, money, and frustration!
